General Terms and Conditions

All prices are shown with the statutory value-added tax. Possible shipping costs are explicitly stated and listed before the purchase order. Unpredictable delivery bottlenecks, price changes, errors, and prior sale reserved. All information on availability is without guarantee.

§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our Internet shop https://shop.hedd.audio.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our internet shop, including descriptive texts, product images and videos listed, do not represent a legally binding offer to enter into a contract but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a sales contract.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our internet shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our Internet shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1. selection of the desired goods
2. confirm by clicking the buttons “Add to basket”
3. check the information in the shopping cart
4. press the “Checkout” button
5. login to the Internet shop after registration and entering the login details (e-mail address and password).
6. repeated checking or correction of the respective entered data.
7. binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button “Buy Now”

Before bindingly sending the order, the consumer can, after checking his details, return to the Internet site where the customer’s details are recorded and input errors are corrected or the order process is canceled by closing the Internet browser by pressing the “back” button contained in the Internet browser he is using. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated e-mail. With this e-mail, we accept your offer.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

The prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs shall be added to this.
2. the consumer has the possibility of a payment in advance (bank transfer) or PayPal.
3) If the consumer has chosen the payment in advance, he is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

1. Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. The delivery takes place here at the latest within 3 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period shall end on the next working day.
2. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of mail-order purchases.

§5 Reservation of ownership

We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Right of revocation of the customer as a consumer

The right of withdrawal defined below is limited to sales contracts made within the EU.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

Legal right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The statutory withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please refer to the invoice name, invoice address, and invoice number.

Extended right of withdrawal

We voluntarily extend the legal right of withdrawal to 30 days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke the purchase agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The time limit is deemed to have been observed if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the thirty (30) day period. We shall bear the costs for the return shipment.

In the case of a return within the framework of the exercised right of revocation within 30 days, the goods must be in the same condition as when the goods were received in order for the full purchase price to be refunded. The goods may not show any signs of wear and tear and must be complete. The packaging may only have the features necessary for a proper opening to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods. B goods may not show any additional signs of use. If a product should show defects which are the fault of the customer and which reduces its value, we can reduce the refund amount by up to 30%.

§7 Gift Vouchers

HEDD Audio GmbH (“Hedd Audio’) Gift Cards\Discount Codes are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Each Gift Card is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value, can not be returned or refunded and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each Card and code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be modified. If no expiration date is specified, the card or code will expire one year from issue.

Gift Cards can be redeemed against products on www.Hedd.audio. Restrictions on products associated with each Gift Card are unique. If the order exceeds the credit value, any remaining balance must be paid for at time of purchase.

Refunds associated with Gift Vouchers will be net of the value of the Gift Voucher. The mark-down will not be refunded.  Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, with the exception of free delivery. Gift Cards can only be used for products in stock.

If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the remaining balance will be added to your account as credit and can be redeemed against subsequent orders until it expires.

Hedd Audio is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.  Hedd Audio reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary. If a Gift Card has expired it will not be eligible for use or replacement.

§8 Form of withdrawal

We do not require a formal revocation form and only need a clear reference to assign your revocation to the purchase contract. Please include your invoice name and invoice number when revoking.

§9 Contract language

English and German are available as contract languages.
