Giveaway Terms & Conditions - March 2025

By participating in this giveaway (the “Giveaway”), entrants agree to be bound by these official terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”). The giveaway is administered by HEDD Audio GmbH (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Eligibility

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Giveaway is open worldwide, to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry except where prohibited by local laws or regulations. Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility under local laws.

2. Prize Details

• One pair of TYPE 07 MK2 monitors.
• Color scheme of the monitors is chosen by us.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
• Prize is covered by our standard product warranty.

3. Shipping

• We will pay for standard shipping costs worldwide.
• Customs duties, taxes, and any additional import fees are the responsibility of the winner.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once dispatched.

4. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on March 14th at midday CET and ends on March 20th at 11:59PM CET. Entries submitted before or after will not be eligible.

5. Participation Rules

In order to enter the Giveaway and be eligible for the prize participants must complete three steps: Like the giveaway post on Instagram (step 1); Follow @heddaudio on Instagram (step 2); Fill out a survey (step 3).

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• The selected winner will be notified by email on March 24th.
• Winner has 48h to respond after which an alternate winner may be chosen.
• We are not responsible for communication failures that may result in the winning announcement not being delivered to the registered email address.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of this giveaway and not shared with any third parties. For residents of the European Economic Area all personal information is processed according to our existing Privacy Policy.
• An email address is required to complete the survey but will not be used for marketing purposes unless the participant gives their explicit consent during the survey.
• Participants can request a modification to, copy of, or erasure of the data collected at any time by emailing digital@hedd.audio with 'TYPE 07 Giveaway Data' in the title. Data requests will be processed within 90 days of receipt.

8. General Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control affects its integrity.
• If the Giveaway is canceled for any reason, we are not obligated to distribute the prize.
