Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This 30 Day Return Policy is applicable only to EU-based customers who purchase HEDD Audio products directly from the HEDD Audio online store.
  • The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • The product must have been registered on the HEDD Audio website within 30 days from the date of product delivery.

2. Return Period

  • The 30 Day Return Policy begins from the date of product delivery.
  • Returns must be initiated within this period to be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Process

  • For orders with a total value of more than €2,000: please contact our customer support team and we will assist you with the return.
  • For orders with a total value of €2,000 or less: the cost of returning the items are to be covered by the customer who can choose their preferred carrier/forwarder. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. Once the package is ready to be returned the customer should contact our support team with the delivery details.
  • Add a note inside the box with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  • If the return is due to a confirmed defect/DOA or a shipping error on our side, please contact customer support before initiating a request for return.

4. Product Condition

  • The returned product must be in its original condition, free from any physical damage, scratches, or alterations.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional materials must be included.

5. Refund

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Shipping Costs

  • HEDD Audio will cover the shipping costs for returning the product for orders with a total value of more than €2,000. For all other orders, the cost of returning the product to HEDD Audio is the customer's responsibility. See section 3, Return Process.

7. Exclusions

  • This 30 Day Return Policy does not cover products that have been misused, abused, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • It does not cover returns from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.

8. Limitations

  • Each customer is entitled to one return per product purchased within the 30 Day Return Policy period.
  • The return policy is applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

9. Discretion

  • HEDD Audio reserves the right to refuse a return or withhold a partial refund if the returned product does not meet the stated conditions.

10. Modifications

  • HEDD Audio reserves the right to modify or terminate the 30 Day Return Policy at any time, without prior notice. However, any modifications will not affect purchases made during the valid return period.
