Warranty claim

The legal warranty of 24 months applies to all products, except for those that are subject to wear and tear. We grant an additional manufacturer’s warranty. You can find more information here.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

Legal right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without given reasons. The statutory withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please refer to the invoice name, invoice address, and invoice number.

Extended right of withdrawal

We voluntarily extend the legal right of withdrawal to 30 days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke the purchase agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the returned goods.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The time limit is deemed to have been observed if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the thirty (30) day period. We shall bear the costs for the return shipment.

In the case of a return within the framework of the exercised right of revocation within 30 days, the goods must be in the same condition as when the goods were received in order for the full purchase price to be refunded. The goods may not show any signs of wear and tear and must be complete. The packaging may only have the features necessary for a proper opening to check the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods. B goods may not show any additional signs of use. If a product should show defects that are the fault of the customer and which reduces its value, we can reduce the refund amount by up to 30%.

Form of withdrawal

We do not require a formal revocation form and only need a clear reference to assign your revocation to the purchase contract. Please include your invoice name and invoice number when revoking.
