CTRL Update Now Available

CTRL is our free software developed to unify the MK2 monitors and BASS subwoofers into a fully controllable monitoring ecosystem: manage device assignments, Dolby Atmos layouts, and PEQ settings directly from the listening position.

Today we release a major update that brings a set of workflow and stability improvements to make everyday use even smoother:

• Clearer speaker highlighting — Speakers not set to the * position in the back panel are now visually highlighted, so they're easier to spot at a glance.
• Updated Dolby Atmos labels — Assignment labels now follow the official Dolby Atmos naming convention.
• Smarter device sorting — The Devices list can now be sorted to match the Dolby Atmos standard order.
• Full PEQ bypass — Each PEQ band can now be bypassed individually, making A/B comparisons faster.
• More stable connections — Improved handling of IGMP snooping on network switches for more reliable connections to your speakers.
• Bug fixes — Resolved issues with PEQ input and window scaling.

Please note that this latest update includes both a CTRL software update and a matching speaker firmware update, so both need to be installed for the new features to work correctly. If you already have CTRL installed, you'll be prompted to download the latest version the next time you start the software.

To update your speaker firmware from within CTRL go to update -> devices and select all speakers showing an available update status and click "Update firmware from network". If prompted enter your speaker's Serial Number (only needs to be entered once).
